From 540:

Exit 14 – Falls of Neuse Road (South)
Stay straight through 12 stoplights – Approximately 4.4 miles.
Just through the 12th light (Bland Road) make an immediate right into parking lot of The Falls House.

From 440:

Exit 10 – Wake Forest Road (North)
Stay straight through 5 stoplights
Just through the 5th light the road name will change to Falls of Neuse Road.
The Falls House will be on your left.
